Roser Soler

CEO & Founder

Roser is an expert in leading people and organizations with more than 20 years experience, having worked both as a manager in HR at leading multinationals as well as consulting and counseling general and first level functional managers. She has helped organizations with their processes in change management, innovation and leadership in companies of various sizes across diverse industries both nationally and internationally.

Roser has worked in Europe and the United States and is a native speaker of Spanish and Catalan, and is completely fluent in English and French.

Roser holds a BA in labor relations from the Universidad de Barcelona and holds a postgraduate degree in Statistics from the Universidad Autonoma de Barcelona.

Jordi Boixadós

Director Change Management

Jordi has experience leading organizations both as the General Manager and as the manager of Sales and Marketing. Additionally he has extensive experience as a consultant for companies undergoing change, such as international expansion and mergers and acquisitions in design, textiles and the arts.

Jordi is a highly creative professional, novelist and singer songwriter with 7 published novels and 6 music CDs. Jordi is a true polyglot being completely fluent in Spanish, Catalan, English, French and Italian and is conversant in German and Mandarin.

Jordi holds a postgraduate degree from IESE and has studied marketing at EADA, Humanities at the Universidad Oberta de Catalunya and Science at the Universidad de Barcelona.

Pilar Bono

Director Talent Management

Pilar has 15 years experience leading people and organizations both within HR departments at major international corporations as well as in strategic HR consulting firms. Pilar is an expert in identifying and creating programs for high potentials. Pilar has designed and implemented leadership programs, working with top management to align their talent management program with their strategic business needs. She has created model programs in executive development for HR executives to be implemented on a global scale in companies of various sizes and in diverse industries. Pilar speaks Spanish, Catalan and English.

Pilar holds a BA degree in psychology from the Universidad de Barcelona and a Master’s degree in handwriting analysis from the Universidad Autonoma de Barcelona.

Mario Alvarez

Director of Corporate Learning

Mario has over 20 years of experience helping companies and executives grow. Mario has worked with leading global corporations in both R&D and marketing leading teams across three continents. Most recently, he was the representative for Harvard Business in Spain, France, Benelux and Scandinavia, working with organizations to improve the overall capabilities of their executives. Prior, he was the Director of the Career Management Office in Europe for Executive MBA program at the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business

Mario has an MBA from Stanford University and BA’s in Computer Science and Social Science from the University of California, San Diego. Mario is native in both English and Spanish and is conversant in French.
